WELCOME

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Colleen Ciullo works out of the Garden City office, where she enjoys the support, training, and camaraderie of her colleagues.  A lawyer and active community volunteer, Colleen is a relentless advocate who is motivated by a mission to help her clients #ArriveAtHome and find a community in which they experience a strong sense of belonging. Her greatest asset as an agent is her ability to connect with others and put them at ease. You will find Colleen to be friendly, approachable, and a diligent professional. She has lived in Garden City for over a decade and her experience representing both buyers and sellers in a dynamic real estate market makes her an excellent choice for your Realtor.

Colleen holds two real estate designations as a Certified Buyer Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She started her career in the customer service industry, where she developed the ability to listen to clients and tailor effective solutions to their unique situations. Colleen is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, and brings the same level of ethics and professionalism expected of her as a layer to each real estate transaction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Villanova University and a Juris Doctorate from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.

Deeply civic-minded, Colleen has been a visible community volunteer and leader since moving to Garden City in 2013.  In 2019, she was awarded the New York State Commendation Award by State Senator Kevin Thomas for her service to the Garden City community. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Garden City PTA since 2018, holding postions such as VP of Legislation, President, and Director of Stewart Elementary School. She recently co-authored a monthly sustainability column in The Garden City News and, with a friend, successfully petitioned the village to ban the use of pesticides at all neighborhood parks. Since 2016, Colleen has been a member of Team EMC, raising money and awareness for the non-profit Every Mother Counts. So far, she has raised over $12,000 to support global maternal health initiatives. As a wife and mother of three school-aged children, she also runs a busy and semi-organized household.

Smart, honest, and reliable, Colleen successfully forges authentic connections with a broad network of clients. For her, real estate is not transactional, it's personal.  It's the knowledge you gain and the relationships you make along the journey. To experience Colleen’s outstanding service for yourself, reach out to her today!
